 At uae-scooters, we’re dedicated to offering our customers the best value for their money. With our Price Match Guarantee, you’re assured of getting the lowest price on our e-scooters, e-bikes, and e-rides. Here’s how it works:

 

Eligibility:

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to all in-stock escooters, e-bikes and e-rides available at uae-scooters
• It should be in stock and available to purchase on the other website.
• It should be an exact match to the e-scooter sold at uae-scooters.e model,specifications
• The other website must be a recognised retailer within UAE, selling the scooter in AED.
• The price must be listed online or publicly available on another retailer’s website

 Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Stock liquidations (e.g. clearance products).
• Marketplace products sold and shipped by third-party sellers.
• Items that have already been purchased.

 How to Claim:

• If you find an identical product at a lower price at any other website, contact our Customer Support at riding@uae-scooters.com or call 0585639966.

Provide the following details:

• The URL of the product listing on another UAE retailer’s website.
• The price offered by the UAE retailer

 Processing the Price Match:

• Once we verify your claim, we will match the price.
