Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns of all electric scooters within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at riding@uae-scooters.com or call +971 585639966 for a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted for a refund. Please retain the original packaging in case of a return.

Note: We do not accept returns for refurbished or modified products once sold.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Unopened Scooters: May be returned within 14 days. Products must be returned to the UAE Scooters Head Office by the buyer.
  • Opened but Not Used: Returns accepted within 14 days. The scooter must not have been ridden, must be free from dirt, and must be in its original packaging with all accessories intact. Products must be returned to the UAE Scooters Head Office by the buyer.
  • Quality-related issues:faults in the motor, battery, controller, or other key components that prevent the scooter from functioning or impact riding safety, we will accept returns. However, if only specific parts are damaged or there are minor issues that can be easily fixed, we will provide replacement parts free of charge and typically do not accept a full return.

Refund Process

  • Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the product matches the description provided by the buyer, we will process the refund within 2-3 working days. If the return does not match the description, an additional fee may be deducted.
  • If the order was paid through Tabby installment, a 3% Tabby processing charge will be deducted.

  • The timing of the refund credit depends on your bank's processing times.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are subject to return shipping costs. An order is considered "shipped" once the tracking status has been updated and communicated to the customer by email.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Shipping Damage Claims

To file a claim for a product that arrives damaged, please provide our customer support team at riding@uae-scooters.com with the following photos within 3 days of delivery:

  1. A photo of the dashboard showing the odometer at zero miles to confirm the scooter has not been ridden.
  2. Detailed photos of the damaged area(s).
  3. Photos showing the foam packaging inside the box.
  4. Photos of the outer packaging.

Note: If the scooter has been ridden, we cannot accept shipping damage claims.

Return Policy for Quality-Related Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. For quality-related issues occurring within 14 days, such as faults in the motor, battery, controller, or other key components that prevent the scooter from functioning or impact riding safety, we will accept returns. However, if only specific parts are damaged or there are minor issues that can be easily fixed, we will provide replacement parts free of charge and typically do not accept a full return.

Photographic and Video Evidence:

Buyers must contact our support team at riding@uae-scooters.com or call +971 585639966 to submit photos and videos as proof of quality-related issues. If the return is approved, the buyer is required to provide a photo showing the total mileage on the odometer and cease using the scooter. If upon receipt, the odometer reading does not match the mileage at the time the return was approved, a restocking fee of 15-25% may be charged based on the discrepancy.

Return Shipping Costs:

Normally, buyers are not responsible for return shipping costs or restocking fees for quality-related returns. However, if our technicians determine upon inspection that the damage was caused by user action (e.g., a collision while riding) rather than manufacturing defects, a restocking fee of 15-25% will be deducted depending on the condition of the returned scooter.
