What is the maximum speed for Segway Ninebot MAX G2?

• The Segway MAX G2 Global Edition can reach speeds of up to 32-35 kph. When the battery level is over 60%, the maximum speed can reach 35 kph. You can customize the maximum speed using the Ninebot app.

What is the difference between the version of Max G2 on our websites vs other sellers?

The global version of the Ninebot Max G2 that we sell has a maximum speed of 35 km/h, while the EU version available in the market has a top speed of 25 km/h. This is the main difference between the two versions.

Does the Ninebot Max G2 Come with a seat?

The original Ninebot seat, which is compatible with the Ninebot Max G2, can be purchased separately. However, it is not included in the scooter's original accessories list.

Is assembling and installing the scooter difficult?

To set it up, attach the handlebars using the six screws and tools included in the package. Then, download the Segway-Ninebot app to connect the scooter via Bluetooth for activation and to customize your preferences. You can follow the video guide for assistance with assembly and activation.

How long does it take to charge a Segway Max G2?

• Charging from zero to 100% takes approximately 5-6 hours.

How far can I travel on a single charge?

• According to Ninebot's official tests under standard conditions:
  • Range in Standard Mode (D): Up to 55 km (20 km/h)
  • Range in Sport Mode (S): Up to 50 km (32-35 km/h)
  • Range in Eco Mode (E): Up to 70 km (15 km/h)
  • However, considering factors such as rider weight, road conditions (including uphills and bumps), and environmental impacts like wind, you should expect a range between 40 and 50 kilometers per charge.

What is the weight limit for the Ninebot MAX G2?

• The maximum rider weight is 120 kg (265 lbs).

How do I fold the Ninebot MAX G2?

• The Ninebot MAX G2 features a 3-step easy-folding mechanism:
  1. Open the safety button and release the quick-release lever.
  2. Fold the stem.
  3. Align and fasten the snap hook and buckle.

• Expedited Shipping:Only available in Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman-will be delivered on the same business day.

Delivery Timeframes:

For standard shipping within the UAE (all cities except rural areas):

• Orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered the next business day.

For Expedited Shipping within Dubai -Sharjah-Ajman will be delivered on the same business day.

Order Processing and Tracking:

After placing an order, please allow one working day for order processing and packing, except on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. The warranty starts on the delivery date or collection date.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Flat tires, brake pads, water damage, crashes ,intentional damage( pushing the product beyond its limits (burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration),)
•  Misuse,Lack of maintenance or improper storage.
• Exceeding weight limits
• Repair from unauthorised third-party without the consent from UAE-scooters or attempts to repair the product at home
•  attempts to ‘flash’ or reset a product’s software/firmware
• Any modifications or upgrades not recommended by uae-scooters

Return Shipping Costs For Service

• Within 90 days: Uae-scooters covers return shipping.
• After 90 days: Customer covers Return shipping costs.

Replacement and Repairs

• Covered issues: Product repaired at no cost.
• Non-covered issues: Customer pays for shipping and repairs.

Warranty on Replacements

• The warranty does not reset with replacements. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to making a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim ,please contact our customer service by email -riding@uae-scooters.com and attach your invoice or proof of purchase with details of their issue, along with pictures and videos as evidence of a fault.The Customer will be contacted by the Uae-scooters support team to discuss the issue in more depth. Warranty claims cannot be reported through the phone as it is essential to receive all the media files mentioned above for a prompt resolution.
